Beef, egg and noodles

My family loves this meal! It’s quick, easy and cheap. What is there more to love about it. This is for my family of 5. It’s great as leftovers. If you have a larger family just double or triple the recipe. We eat this for dinner. However you could use breakfast sausages and have it in the morning.

You will need:

1 lb of ground meat(I used beef)

1 lb of uncooked pasta

2-3 eggs per person.

1 medium onion (this is optional)

Cook pasta sty according to the box.

In a large skillet cook the onion and ground meat.

Once pasta and meat is fully cooked. Add pasta and eggs to the meat.

Prepare eggs as if you were to make scrambled eggs.

Cook on medium tell the eggs a fully cooked.

I don’t eat eggs. So mine is in the bowl with cheese and ranch.

Adam, Adisynne and Kennidi don’t eat cheese so there plate is on the left. Joey’s has the cheese on the right.
